Leo's Zones of Regulation

Here are the four zones of regulation:

1. The blue zone: Bored, sick, tired.
2. The green zone: Happy, ready to go/learn, calm.
3. The yellow zone: Frustrated, getting angry.
4. The red zone: Out of control, rage.

My Holiday Road Trip

In the holidays I went to Rotoroa with my Dad and my sisters. We stayed their for one night and then we drove through Taupo to get to Fielding to Visit some cousins.
After one night at their house we drove to Wellington and saw some more cousins of ours.
While we were in Wellington we went the Te Papa the museum and saw the Gallipoli exhibition. That was pretty realistic.
After Wellington we went to Turangi to pick up a boat that my Dad bought earlier. From Turangi we drove to Taupo and we stayed at a backpackers.
Then we drove home.
